Red Wine Can Help Individuals With Type 2 Diabetes

The green light for red wine consumption for individuals who have Diabetes is now on. New research has found that red wine can in fact help individuals who have Type 2 Diabetes. The study which was conducted by the University of Vienna, believes that drinking 125ml glass of red wine per day can help minimize the effects of Type 2 Diabetes. This is through the components found in one glass of red wine which have been thought to provide antioxidants that are just as effective as the drug.
